Wakālat Nāmah (authorization statement) – Collective Qurbani

Make sure you understand and agree with conditions that are stated

I hereby authorise Mr. Abdul Rehman Attari son of Muhammad Hussain Attari to perform Qurbani on my behalf either inside Pakistan or in any other country wherever appropriate; to pay all sorts of Qurbani-related expenses (such as paying fare, etc. while going to the slaughterhouse or to the slaughterer or taking the meat of the Qurbani to Muslims safely, etc.); to distribute the meat, fat, etc. (which is usually eaten not wasted) of my share to any Muslim in any permissible way; to give the sales amount of fat and bone which is not eaten nor cooked, to give the skin of the animal of Qurbani and to deposit remaining amount from the expenses of Qurbani to Dawat-e-Islami. In other words, I give him full authority to perform aforementioned tasks himself or to delegate it to someone else with the same authority.

Furthermore, Dawat-e-Islami is allowed to use my remaining amount in any pious and permissible activity. If the animal in which I have a share becomes ineligible for Qurbani due to any accident or disease, etc., or it dies due to some reason or if the amount is snatched while going to market for buying the animal and, therefore, the animal is not bought, then I will be informed in these cases about the dead or alive animal and further proceedings will be carried out with my permission. My money is in the trust of the person authorized above .Without any misuse, if he loses my money or animal, then he will not be responsible for paying fine and I will not make any claim.

In case you fail to slaughter the animal in time i.e. the days of Qurbani were over then I also authorize you unconditionally that if you have bought the animal for my share please give it alive in Sadaqah. In case the animal has not been bought yet, then please give the cost of goat in Sadaqah on my behalf.

If a shareholder dies before his Qurbani, then his death must be reported to the Majlis so further matters can be decided after seeking guidance from Dar-ul-Ifta Ahl-e-Sunnat.

Note: For the slaughter of the sacrificial animals, the services of slaughter-houses will be received wherever possible. Over there, the process of slaughtering will take place according to the Shar’i laws under the supervision of the Majlis, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه.

Madani pearls for those who receive the Wakalat Namah

Kindly seek prior permission from other adult family members, who are alive (i.e., parents, brother, sister, neighbour, etc.) on whose behalf you are going to perform Qurbani, in these words:‘I will have the Qurbani of a share/goat performed on your behalf, do you permit me?’ If they agree, then every member should read the Wakalat Namah or it should be read out to them, permission should be taken as per above-mentioned Wakalat Namah only, as this permission letter is approved by the Dar-ul-Ifta Ahl-e-Sunnat. Those who agree to the above-mentioned permission letter after reading or listening to it and understanding it, only their Qurbani should be included in the collective Qurbani (Overseas) performed under the supervision of Dawat-e-Islami. Furthermore, in case of compulsion, if someone makes a phone call, this permission letter should also be read out completely to him and complete permission should be taken from him for the relevant Islamic brother (Mr. Abdul Rehman Attari).
If you need any clarification about this permission letter, then send your message to the Majlis by an email. The Majlis will seek Shar’i guidance and will reply to you afterwards.
When you are filling the form of the person wanting to have their qurbani performed please make sure that you put the place (country & city both) where the person for whom you want to have qurbani performed will celebrate the Eid, If you do not known then first ask him & then fill the form because the person who will perform your qurbani should know the place of Eid of the person for whom he needs to have qurbani performed, otherwise there is a chance that his qurbani going to waste.

Recognizing the needs of Muslims, the Collective Qurbani Majlis has decided that besides Pakistan, some Qurbanis will be performed outside Pakistan as well. There will be no extra charge for it. Therefore, according to this permission letter, the authorized individual will have the right to perform Qurbani on your behalf within Pakistan or abroad under all the relevant laws of Shari’ah, wherever he feels the need. It is therefore not necessary to perform the Qurbani in Pakistan

اجتِماعی قُربانی کاوکالت نامہ

میں _عبدالرحمن عطاری_بن _محمد حسین عطاری _کوملک و بیرون ملک یعنی پاکستان یا کسی اور ملک میں جہاں مناسب سمجھیں اپنی قربانی اور قربانی سے متعلق کسی بھی طرح کا خرچ(مثلا سلاٹر ہاؤس یا قصاب اور مسلمانوں تک اپنی قربانی کا گوشت بحفاظت پہنچانے کے لئے کرائے وغیرہ کے اخراجات) کرنے اورقربانی کے جانور کے گوشت ،چربی وغیرہ جس کے کھانے کا معمول ہے چھوڑی نہیں جاتی، اس میں سے میرے حصے کے مطابق گوشت وغیرہ مسلمانوں میں سے جسے چاہے جیسے چاہے تقسیم کرنے،ایسی چربی و ہڈی جونہ کھائی جاتی اور نہ پکائی جاتی ہے، اسے بیچ کرحاصل ہونے والی رقم،قربانی کے جانور کی کھال اورقربانی میں سے بچی ہوئی رقم دعوت اسلامی کودینے کا وکیل مطلق یعنی ایسا با اختیار نائب بناتا ہوں کہ مذکورہ تمام کام وہ خود سر انجام دیں یا کسی اور کو اِسی طرح کا’’ بااختیار ‘‘کر کے سونپ دیں ۔ اگرمیرے حصّے والی قربانی کا جانور کسی حادِثے یا مَرَض وغیرہ کے سبب قربانی کے قابل نہ رہا یا کسی وجہ سے مر گیایاخریداری کے لئے جاتے ہوئے منڈی میں رقم چِھن جانیکی صورت میں جانور خریدا ہی نہ جا سکاتو مجھے زندہ یامُردہ جانورکی اطلاع دی جائے اورآئندہ کے مُعامَلات میری اجازت سے طے کئے جائیں،آپ کے ہاتھ میں میری رقم امانت ہے ، اگر بلا کسی غلط استعمال کے آپ سے رقم یا جانور ضائع ہو گیا تو اس کا تاوان آپ کے ذمہ نہ ہو گا اور میں مطالبہ نہ کروں گا۔

اگر کسی وجہ سے آپ وقت پرقربانی نہ کرسکے یعنی قربانی کے ایام گزرگئے تومیں آپ کواس کابھی وکیل مطلق کرتاہوں کہ آپ اگر میرے حصے کاجانورخریدچکے ہیں تواسے زندہ صدقہ کردیں ،اگر جانورنہیں خریداتو میری طرف سے بکری کی قیمت صدقہ کردیں۔

اگرکسی حصہ دار کا قربانی سے قبل خدانخواستہ انتقال ہوجائے تواس کے انتقال کی اطلاع مجلس کو ضرور دی جائے تاکہ آگے کے معاملات دارالافتاء اہلسنت سے رہنمائی لیکرطے کئے جاسکیں۔

نوٹ : قربانی کے جانوروں کے ذبح کی خدمات جہاں جہاں ممکن ہوا سلاٹر ہاؤس سے لی جائے گی اور وہاں شرعی تقاضوں کے مطابق ذبح کے معاملات مجلس کی نگرانی میں ہونگے ۔ ان شاء اللہ کریم

گھر کے دیگرایسے افرادکہ جو بالغ اور زندہ ہیں اور آپ انکی طرف سے قربانی کروارہے ہیں(مثلاً والِدَین ،بھائی ، بہن،پڑوسی وغیرہ) توپہلے ان سے اجازت حاصل فرمالیں کہ میں آپ کی طرف سے حصہ /بکرا قربانی کروارہا ہوں آپکی طرف سے اجازت ہے،اگر وہ راضی ہوتے ہوں تو ہر ایک کویہ وکالت نامہ پڑھایا /سنایا جائے اور اسی کے مطابق وکالت لی جائے کہ مذکورہ اجازت نامہ دارالافتاء اہلسنت سے منظور شدہ ہے ، جو مذکورہ وکالت نامہ پڑھ یا سُن سمجھ کر مُتَّفق ہوں تو اُن ہی کی قربانی ’’دعوت اسلامی کے تحت ہونے والی اجتماعی قربانی بیرون ملک ‘‘میں شامل کروائیں۔نیز مجبور ی کی صورت میں ٹیلیفون پر رابِطہ کرنے والے کو بھی پورا وکالت نامہ سنا کر اس سے مطلوبہ اسلامی بھائی(وکیل مطلق عبد الرحمن عطاری) کیلئے وکالتِ مطلقہ لی جائے۔
ویب سائٹ پر موجود اجتماعی قربانی بیرون ملک کے فارم کو پُر کرتے وقت اس بات کا خاص خیال رکھیں کہ "مقام ِعید"کےکالم میں جس کی قربانی کروارہے ہیں اس سےمعلوم کرکےوہ جگہ(شہراورملک دونوں) ضروردرج فرمائیں جہاںوہ شخص عیدکرےگا،اگرمعلوم نہ ہوتوپہلےمعلوم فرمائیں پھردرج فرمائیں،کیونکہ جس کی قربانی ہےاسکے"مقام ِعید"کااجتماعی قربانی کے وکیل کےعلم میں ہوناضروری ہے،بغیراسکےقربانی ضائع ہوجانےکااندیشہ ہے-

مسلمانوں کی ضرورت کو دیکھتے ہوئے ،اجتماعی قربانی کی مجلس نے یہ فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ بعض قربانیاں پاکستان کے علاوہ دیگر ممالک میں بھی کی جائیں گی ،چارجز وہی ہوں گے ،اس کیلئے کوئی اضافی چارجز نہیں ہوں گے ، لہذا اس وکالت نامے میں مقرر وکیل کو یہ اختیار ہو گا کہ وہ تمام شرعی امور کا لحاظ کرتے ہوئے ملک و بیرون ملک جہاں ضرورت سمجھے وہاں آپ کی قربانی کراسکتا ہے ، پاکستان میں کرانا ضروری نہیں ۔وکالت نامے کے حوالے سے اگر کوئی وضاحت درکار ہو تولکھ کر مجلس کو ای میل فرمادیں ۔ مجلس شرعی رہنمائی لینے کے بعد آ پ کو اس کا جواب دے گی۔

نوٹ: اجتماعی قربانی کیلئے بکنگ یامقام ِعید" میں تبدیلی کی صورت میں اطلاع کرنے کی، آخری تاریخ 03جون 2025 ہے یاد رہے!اس تاریخ کے بعد"مقام ِعید"میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں کی جاسکے گی۔
